Dall’esperienza di Basso è nata una tabella di test specifici, sia distruttivi che di resistenza a fatica, a cui sottoponiamo ogni nuovo progetto, per garantire ai nostri clienti sicurezza e performances dei nostri prodotti. Questi test, con l’aggiunta di prove statiche non distruttive, si ripetono poi anche durante i processi produttivi su alcuni telai “a campione” per ogni lotto di produzione.
Garantiamo ogni nostro telaio da difetti di produzione per un periodo di 36 mesi dalla data di acquisto; la componentistica Microtech e le forcelle in fibra di carbonio per un periodo di 36 mesi dalla data di acquisto. Each tube used in our frames is designed by a modern CAD software that allows us to verity its structural load and its reaction to stress. Every new project undergoes specific tests, both destructive and stress-resistant, born from Basso experience. Those tests have been developed to guarantee safety and performance of our products for our customers. Such tests, together with non-destructive static tests, are also performed during manufacturing process on some sample frames, selected within each production lot.
We guarantee every single frame from manufacturing faults for a period of 36 months from date of purchase. Microtech components as well as carbon fiber forks are guaranteed for 36 months from date of purchase. Look for the form containing the warranty terms on your Basso frame or bicycle.
